Box 401, Columbia, KY 42728. Bids will be opened at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Please include with your bid a copy of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Any bid not signed or with no proof of insurance will be disqualified. The winning bidder will be notified upon award of bid and deconstruction may begin immediately. All removal must be completed by December 31, 2016. The pavilion was built approximately 6 years ago it is a steel structure with aluminum encasing and a metal roof. An enclosed meeting room which has drywall, a drop ceiling, air/heat unit, cabinets, two bathrooms and maintenance room is included in the bid. The dimensions of the building are 50' X 125'.
