Last week they had a Pep Rally for the Football team to kick off their season and introduce Seniors on the team. Well, today, they did the same for the ADAIR Band as they kick off their season tomorrow, Saturday, August 29, 2015. ADAIR performed their show in the gym and then the Seniors were introduced. And then they closed by playing the school fight song! I will tell you I become prouder everyday of the progress in every area of schools not only academically but building a community of students who support each other and take pride in their peers. Frankfort, KY (10amCT, 28 Aug 2015) - The Commonwealth of Kentucky Court of Appeals has upheld the murder conviction of Jeffrey McGaha in the death of Mike Cowan, appealed from a March 7, 2015 order of the Adair County Circuit order denying McGaha's post-conviction motion for relief pursuant to the Kentucky Rules of Criminal Procedure (RCr) 11.42 without evidentiary hearing. The opinion in the case heard before Justices Justices Jones, J. Lambert and Maze, concluded, "Because we hold that the record refutes the issues of fact and that he is not entitled to relief, we affirm the order on appeal."
