Bath County man convicted of obstructing justice and selling misbranded products Sentencing is June 16, 2017. ' . . . in September 2013, Mr. Girod and his company Satterfield Naturals were ordered by a federal judge in Missouri to stop manufacturing and distributing three products he made: TO-MOR-GONE, Chickweed Healing Salve, and R.E.P. Mr. Girod advertised the products as curing skin cancer, removing tumors, and helpful for other conditions, including poison ivy, diaper rash, psoriasis, sinus infections, and headaches. Despite the federal court order, Mr. Girod continued to sell his products to customers in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illinois, making the same claims about them.' Columbia Police investigate threatening graffiti incident at ACHS 14-year-old Adair Co. School student faces criminal charges. Student alleged to have posted graffitti - 'The graffiti was threatening in nature toward the other students' - also faces school disciplinary action in addition to any court punishment. Incident investigated by School SRO Kevin Atwood, who took the student into custody and delivered her the court designated work at the Adair Judicial Center; student now faces alleged charges including terroristic threatening. Campbellsville University education student Amanda Hamilton, who was a student teacher at CES, recently hosted a book drive for preschool students. About 250 books were donated, and each preschool student took home a bag of seven books.
