Boil Water Advisory for All of Campbellsville A boil water advisory has been issued for all of Campbellsville Water Co. Water System due to a repair of a water main line leak. You should experience a water outage while these repairs are being made. Therefore, though bacteriological contamination of the water has not been confirmed, the possibility of such contamination exists. This advisory is issued as a precautionary measure to protect the health and welfare of consumers in your area. Bacteriological sampling will occur after the repairs are made. Sample analysis will indicate the presence or absence of harmful bacteria in the water. The Kentucky Division of Water will be notified when a sample free of bacteria is taken. They will lift the Boil Water Advisory at that time and you will be notified of such action as soon as possible. BOIL WATER ADVISORY Procedures: 1. Boil any water used for human consumption. 2. Reports we're getting now is that restaurants have mostly restricted service - for beverages - and have used work-arounds from alternate sources to remain open. KY Fish and Wildlife Commission proposes new fishing regulations for 2015 Proposals include banning of trout culling statewide, changes in alligator gar regulatons, registrations for large Ohio River catfish tournaments, a catch-and-release regulation for new section of Hatchery Creek below Wolf Creek Dam in Russell County. Changes in bear hunting rules will be proposed, and other changes. The commission recommends all hunting, fishing and boating regulations for approval by the General Assembly and approves all expenditures by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. All recommendations must be approved by legislators before they become law. In fisheries-related business, the commission recommended several new fishing regulations to take effect March 1, 2015. ACHS Indians bid for trip to State Tournament ends Bardstown's 55-41 victory over ACHS much closer than score indicates. Indians were down by just two points, 42-40, at end of third quarter, but went cold in final period. Freshman Chance Melton led Indian scoring with 17 and was named to All 5th Regional All Tourament Team. Other ACHS scoring: Ty Bennett 6, Matt Fudge 5, Zach Hutchson 5, Jake Hixson 4, Marshall Shelley. Jacob Pooler and Jake Hixon have four rebounds. The Indians trailed 42-40 midway through the 4th period before the Tigers ended the game on a 12-1 run. The Tribe fell to 17-14 while Bardstown improved to 24-6.
