Mayor Harris says KHD on top of CVS mudhole problem

About: Has anybody found out what will be done?

Mayor Mark D. Harris said that the Kentucky Highway Department is on top of the mudhole situation at the new CVS store.

"I'd had it on my mind to call Somerset about, and then Maury Lewis and Barbara Armitage stopped by and asked if something could be done. I called Somerset, and Tammy Wilson told me the Kentucky Highway Department already had plans to build up the blacktop in the curve in such a way that it would protect the nice landscaping at the new store.

"I hope this answers Dr. Rogers question online."

I really appreciate the concern. That's what it takes - the city and the people working together - to make a great community even better."

We will be able to rid ourselves of two of the state's worst facilities, John Adair (#1) and Colonel William Casey (#8). If it's paid advertising anywhere, it's paid advertising on CM

What's Paid, What's Not on ColumbiaMagazine.com

Several new to CM folks have asked about charges for the 5 pt (and more) CM publicity packages. Yes, they are available for commercial, political, sports, and entertainment and almost any other advertising need.

The starting rate is $120, the minimum charge for a "Float down the front page of CM."

Paid content with a news format is marked "Paid" or "Sponsored." A simple rule of thumb for those who get this publicity free, on any frequency, and often on a weekly basis, is that any event for which paid advertising is bought in any media is a commercial event - whatever the purpose.

To place your Paid 5 pt Publicity Package, give a call at 270-250-2730. - Ed Waggener
