They have added two large windows on the back side of the barn which will significantly improve air circulation. (Accompanying/linked photo). The play is part of the cooperation between Homeplace and Lindsey Wilson College' theater program led by the college's Director of Theater Robert Brock. Director Robert Brock has adapted The Two Gentlemen of Verona to a Western Setting, making the Shakespeare in the Barn presentation all the more appropriate in the rustic setting. Fire destroys house in Millerfield area, Adair County, KY By Donald Hare, Public Information Officer Adair County Fire Department, 200 Merchant Street, Columbia, KY The Adair County Fire Department responded to a house fire 1820 Millerfield Road at 1:48amCT on Wednesday morning, July 18, 2018. Upon firefighters arrival the house was determined to be vacant and was totally engulfed in fire. The home was owned by Jonathon Gaskins and was a total loss. Kentucky Press News Service Original Story URL A Pulaski County company that makes charcoal for backyard grills is fighting a fire Wednesday, July 17, 2018. Kingsford Manufacturing on U.S. 27 in Burnside reported a fire inside one of its manufacturing buildings, WLEX reports on its website. In all, firefighters from 18 different agencies responded. A company spokesman told the station damage from the fire is relatively minor.
