Unofficial precinct totals in tonight's special election in Campbellsville, KY. Where the Wet vote won a decisive vote, 1177 YES/Wet to 894 NO, a margin of 283 votes.

The Yes vote carried nine precincts, New North, East, New East, Old South, New South, New City West, Old West, Old North, and New City North.

The No vote carried New West and New City East, and the Absentees.

LWC Volleyball No. 2 in Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Poll

Lindsey Wilson volleyball remains second in the most-recent Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Top-25 Poll, the national office announced on Tuesday.

The Blue Raiders (12-0) retained the second spot in the poll after going 3-0 over the past two weeks. Lindsey Wilson leads the nation in hitting percentage (.329) and kills per game (14.950) and has lost one set all season.

LWC Women's Golf in 4th after one round at MSC Tournament

Mt. Juliet, TN - The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team shot an opening round 321 to sit in fourth place after day one at the Mid-South Conference Fall Tournament at the Windtree Golf Club.

The Blue Raiders are 23 strokes behind first-place Campbellsville (Ky.), 16 strokes behind Cumberlands (Ky.), and three strokes behind third-place Cumberland (Tenn.) heading into the final round on Tuesday. Lindsey Wilson leads fifth-place Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) by five strokes in the nine-team tournament.

Beasley repeats as MSC West Offensive Player of the Week

For the second week in a row, Lindsey Wilson student-athlete Dylan Beasley is the Mid-South Conference West Division Offensive Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

The junior quarterback led No. 7-ranked Lindsey Wilson to a 62-23 road victory over Bluefield (Va.) last week.

She was a member of Waterview Church of Christ, and was a former employee at several garment factories. She was a native of Cumberland County, KY, and was a resident at the time of her death. He was a plumber and electrician and a member of Coffey's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a native of Russell County, KY, and a resident at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Ehrlich & Beulah Hopper Garner. His wife, Jean Garner, survives. He leaves 24 direct living descendants.

Long and sleek, the vehicle looked a little out of place in a small town like Columbia. Inside sat an Adair County eighth grader, Laura Furkins, whose wish was granted Tuesday by Make-A-Wish Kentucky.

FRANKFORT, KY (20 Sep 2016) -- Kentucky Department of Agriculture inspectors discovered a credit card "skimmer" during a routine inspection of a motor fuel pump at a Richmond retail establishment earlier this month.

"This device was discovered by our inspectors as part of their everyday job duties," Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles said. "We took on this responsibility at no additional cost to Kentucky taxpayers. This discovery saved consumers thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges that could have been made with data stolen by the use of this device."

Voters will go vote today, Tuesday, September 20, 2016, in an election to decide whether the City of Campbellsville will go fully Wet or Not. The only question on the ballot today is:
"Are you in favor of alcohol sales in the City of Campbellsville?"
But only voters who actually live within the limits of Campbellsville will be allowed to vote. The polls are open 6am-6pmET in the following locations: The vote will take place at 11 of 20 Taylor County polls in which City Voters normally vote.
