Green Co., KY driver, 22, dies in single vehicle accident

(Updated Mon 28 Sep 2015) -Tragedy occurs after midnight this morning. Operator of 1999 GMC pickup fails to negotiate a curve, leaves roadway, goes airborner, strikes a rock wall and ejecting operator and two of three occupants. Passengers taken to Jane Todd Crawford Hospital where they were treated and released. None of occupants were wearng seatbelts.

Greensburg, KY (Sat 26 Sep 2015) - Tpr. Logan Richardson is investigating a collision that occurred today at approximately 1:12amCT, 10 miles north of Greensburg on KY 61.

22-year-old Lukas K. Henderson, of Greensburg, KY, was operating a southbound 1999 GMC pickup when he failed to negotiate a curve, exited the roadway and struck a rock wall.

He was a retired bus driver for the Casey County School system and a member of the Stephensburg Masonic Lodge. He was a native of Hardin County, KY, and a resident of Casey County, KY at the time of his death. He was the son of Norma Jean Brown Duvall of Liberty, KY, and the late Melvin Duvall. His beloved wife of over 14 years, Hazel Rowe Duvall, survives. He leaves five direct living descendants
