Arrest follows disabling of semi truck with Ruger rifle fire Incident occurs on Independence Ridge, in the south side of Adair County. Gunfire follows altercation, according to Adair County Sheriff's Department. Vehicle disabled while driver, from Antelope, California, was leaving Independence Ridge residence with female passenger. Deputy Aaron Rainwater was assisted by Columbia PD Officer Johnny Dial. David Tishar, 47, of Columbia, KY held on $250,000 cash bond.
