Mayor Harris says the Fountain will be fixed Monday Mayor Mark Harris has been to the Farmers Market on the Square this morning and called to say he has two items on his agenda to help the market. First, he said, he's arranged, as Mayor, for Donnie Rowe to get the Fountain ready for the summer. Work will begin on Monday, he said. He said with the Fountain area made more attractive more people would be coming to the market. "And it's busy down here, today," he said.
