At the time Representative Carney invited the winners to come to Frankfort and show off their work and promised them he would introduce a resolution to make one of the stamps the "unofficial" Kentucky State Stamp. Keeping to his words on March 13, all the winners and their stamps traveled to Frankfort and the students had a blast!
