Body of Beautiful black cat, fatally injured, may be claimed today

If no one claims this dear departed creature today, the cat will be given a proper burial on writer's farm near Fairplay, KY

By Joyce Coomer

This morning, as I drove down Campbellsville Street instead of taking my usual trip around the square to my shop, I saw a cat had been run over on Campbellsville Street. I went to the shop and got a box to put it in, and brought it to my shop and set it by the back corner.

If no one claims this dear departed creature by the time I go home this afternoon, I am going to bury it on my farm.

This cat was apparently well-fed, as it has a lush black coat (white down the belly) and was well-groomed. Joyce M. Coomer, Printing Creations Inc., 110 N. Monroe Street, Columbia, Ky. 42728 Phone: 270-384-4495
