During the years I worked in Cumberland County, she, her husband and daughters were like "family" to me. She was a great 4-H leader...always made time to volunteer to help the Marrowbone School 4-H club members. Dana was my encourager... my inspiration...and role model. Throughout my 40 plus years in Columbia/Adair County, every time I saw Dana and Edwin they never failed to tell me how much they loved and appreciated me and always thanked me for the positive impact that I made, not only on youth and families, but the entire county. Baker About Barbed Wire: A common sight in Adair Co., KY By JD Gee Kristie Keene's up close and personal photo of barbed wire brought to mind the quote attributed by Judge H.C. The history of the cave, it's many uses over the years and it's importance to both the culture and economy of the area was very interesting.
