It's a great day to take advantage of the cooler weather and the big selection at the Adair County Farmers Market. Thanks to all who are making this the most successful year yet for the growers.

Today there is plenty. Margie Rooks has really turned on with the Watermelons. Jeff Scott has an excused absence and left stuff with me. Boss Blair is playing hooky today; he's not here. Just hope he is okay. But everybody else is here and in a pretty good humor.

On a personal note, thanks to everybody who enjoys my reports, especially those who have emailed me to let me know they check it every market day.



Open TODAY, Tuesday , July 27, 2010, 6am-10amCT.The Farmer's Market is located in the parking lot of the Adair Extension Office, 409 Fairground ST, Columbia, KY. Open Tuesdays and Fridays during the garden season from 6am-10amCT.
