Cordell Coomer, 85, Adair Co., KY (1934-2019) Cordell was a member of Tarter's Chapel United Methodist Church and a retired sales clerk at Jeffries Hardware after many years of service. Cordell Coomer of the Portland Community of Adair County, died Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the T.J. Health Columbia Emergency Room. He was 85 years old. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Herbert Janes, Bro. David Kemp & Bro. A little help is needed by Hungry Kids Cafe By Lois Cunningham Hungry Kids Cafe needs some help. Donation are great and every week people drop what they can in the donations box. I so appreciate it and so do the children. We have been serving between 80-100 meals a day and it takes about $100 a week to do that. So I am asking for a little help.
