Bill Blackwell thinks Bruce Wilson hit Mother Lode with idea

Comments re article 24942 Bruce Wilson has organic chewing tobacco crop ready to harvest This story which contains the premise of the Neutralization Diet, was posted,on 2008-09-10 03:11:04

Bill Blackwell writes to Bruce Wilson via CM:
Mr Wilson: Been chewing tobacco since I was 8 years old- now 77 years old. Got to where can't tolerate the chemicals in it but still have The Habit. Please let me know if you have any of your special organic chewing tobacco for sale and what flavors you have. You mentioned honey, molasses, Louisiana Hot Sauce, etc. Would like very much to try a no chemical natural organic leaf chewing tobacco.

Sounds like you may have hit the Mother Lode with this idea. Good luck with this product. Stay with this potentially great product till you perfect it. Organic in every thing is the preferred way. Cordially, Clanton, Alabama 35045 - Bill Blackwell, Clanton, AL
Thanks, Mr. Blackwell, for your inquiry. It seems like hardly a month goes by but someone doesn't ask about the revolutionary advance in smokeless tobacco, Alas, Mr. Wilson abandoned research after confessing that the first batch wasn't fitten to chew, and a great Adair County idea was left for someone else to fulfill. Many of us do follow his famous Neutralization Diet. Maybe it works. Mr. Wilson is the picture of health. He and his wife Patsy both look 40 years younger than their picture - She by always being happy; he? Must be because of the good foods he eats. - EW

Took the accompanying photo last year while visiting Shaker Village during their annual Craft Fair. As the title hints at...this is one location I can't seem to get enough of; love touring the grounds and buildings of this Kentucky Treasure. This year I will be set up at their festival as a vendor selling my handmade cutting boards, wooden spoons, and photography prints.

For the many Steve Flinchum fans, the Elk Horn, Taylor County, KY, will be at the show with his hand crafted pen sets. Hope to see some CM readers there as well.
