Mr. Roy (Norm) Finegan, Cane Valley, Adair Co., KY (1963-2017) 
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Finegan was a veteran and served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He was a retired contractor for the city of Tacoma, Washington, where he worked as a street sweeper. He enjoyed nature and being outdoors; his knowledge of astronomy was paralleled only by his enthusiasm for thunderstorms. Bobtail female beagle found - possibly lost by rabbit hunter A skittish, but apparently well-cared for bobtail, tri-color, female beagle dog appeared in our yard about a week ago. She's friendly, but very timid. May be wearing collar. If this is your dog, please call 270-384-3694.. The dog may have been lost by a rabbit hunter in the government land on Green River.
