She was the daughter of the late John William Moss & Minnie Skaggs Moss. She was the widow of Lawrence Lee Webster, her husband of over 51 years. She leaves 28 direct living descendants and three step living descendants. Kuhn, Jr., today announced the 97-month sentence of a Louisville felon, for multiple charges including the sale and distribution of controlled substances; unlawful possession of firearms by a convicted felon; and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in United States District Court before District Judge David J. Hale. The federal charges stemmed from "Project Recoil," the on-going partnership of multiple Jefferson County, Kentucky, law enforcement agencies, developed by the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Kentucky, to maximize penalties for the most violent offenders and to reduce violent crime in our community. Construction begins on CAUD's KY 704 project. Project is designed to improve pressure for existing and future Columbia/Adair County Utilities customers in the fast growing section of Adair County. Columbia Adair Utilities District 704 project is kicking off today, Monday, March 27, 2017. It is located between the Antioch Community South KY 61 & Wheeler Hill Road, to Fairplay Road/KY 704. The contractors will start this morning on the South 61 end. The first few days the work will be more dealing with directional bores. Please use caution in that area!
