Based on a mathematical calculation that describes the number of recordable incidents per 100 full-time employees, Kentucky's rate improved from 3.8 in 2014 to 3.7 in 2015 - reflecting the most recent data available. This rate has steadily declined since it was first calculated in 1996, when a rate of 8.4 was reported. The junior forward from Louisville, Kentucky led the fourth-ranked Blue Raiders to a pair of MSC road victories last week. She averaged 21.5 points per game while grabbing 9.0 rebounds per contest and shooting 58.1 percent from the floor. Lindsey Wilson is now 19-0 on the season and 7-0 in conference play atop the Mid-South standings. Against Georgetown (Ky.), she scored 16 points and had eight rebounds as the Blue Raiders went on to win 85-56. Styles also chipped in with three assists, three blocks and a steal. In the NAIA Network Game of the Week on Saturday at No. 6 Shawnee State (Ohio), Styles recorded a career-high 27 points and capped off her double-double with 10 rebounds, while tallying another three blocks and a steal en route to Lindsey Wilson's 84-78 win. Styles earns her first weekly honor of the season and of her career. Lexington woman sentenced to 61 months in identity theft case Tax Refund Scheme. '(Yarelis) Rios previously admitted that from January 2012 to April 2013, she used the identifying information of numerous individuals that she obtained through the course of her employment at various apartment complexes in the Lexington area, to prepare fraudulent tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service. . . Rios prepared and filed a total of 64 fraudulent tax returns in the names of different individuals for tax years 2011 and 2012 that requested refund amounts. The majority of the tax returns specified that the refunds were to be direct deposited into Rios's personal bank account.
