"Illegal dumping affects safety, property values and quality of life across the commonwealth," Sec. Snavely said. Joe Bailey, 79, Taylor County, KY (1937-2017) He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. During his tenure Joe was awarded the Good Conduct Medal. After returning back to Campbellsville he became a member of the Pitman Masonic Lodge #124 F & AM and was also a member of the Kosair Shriners. Joe was a retired semi-truck driver and former Sergeant with the Campbellsville Police Department in the early 1960s. He was the son of the late Daniel Bailey & Mallie Graham Bailey.
