Judge Richard Benton Froedge, Metcalfe Co., KY (1934-2015) He was a distinguished citizen of Metcalfe County, KY, and the patriarch of an outstanding family. He was the son of the late Hershel and Lula Harvey Froedge. His wife, Lora Belle Forrest Froedge, survives. He leaves seven direct living descendants. Judge Froedge was a retired construction worker and served as Metcalfe County Judge Executive from 1993 until 1998. He was one of the few and last to serve a five year term in the state of Kentucky.
