By Teresa Roy

My name is Teresa Roy. I have three Golden Retrievers that have been missing since Thursday, 8/27, from the Vester/Christine community off Hwy. 206. They were last seen on Thursday in front of Terry Farris's home in his field off 206 about 5 miles out of Columbia and then on Bull Run Lane off Hwy. 206 at the home of Marsha Reddick.

I didn't have a picture with all three together in it so I'm using one of Marlowe. (See linked photo) She has just turned one, is a light golden, and answers to her name, Marlowe. She is wearing a pink collar with dots on it and her rabies vaccination charm is attached. Marlowe is very friendly and would take up with anyone. She is traveling with two of my other Goldens.

He got an urgent call from his 911, and knew before hearing the situation something extraordinary was happening.

"You never know what you are fixing to get into when your dispatcher is giggling while giving you a call," he said.

Why is it important to report on Somerset's well being, but you will/cannot report on anything else that takes place (deaths, traffic accidents, etc.) in Pulaski County. - Bobby Billinger
Thanks for the comment: We're working on improved coverage of events in Somerset. The story cited was one covered by many media sources. We thought it of interest to our readers, even though Pulaski County is not yet in our primary coverage area of Russell, Casey, Cumberland, Adair, Taylor, Green and Metcalfe Counties.
