Jon Halsey- Questions on 3rd Magisterial Ballot

Comments re article 67310 Election 2014 Sample Ballots online at Secretary of State site Jon Halsey writes:
I can't find the Ballot for the 3rd Magisterial District.

I was just curious if Sammy Baker had any opposition and who was running for Constable.

Surely if Sammy Baker is unopposed and there is no Constable for that District, the voters will still vote for the other offices. - Jon Halsey
Thanks - They will vote on all the county-wide and other offices in the General Election. They will not be penalized because they have a great magistrate who has no opposition. Joyce Rodgers said the reason there is no separate ballot, though, is because there are no races specific to the 3rd District. - ED

Good progress was made with the volunteer effort to finish the brick facing on Haven Mission, now not-so-little church at 300 Merchant Street, Columbia, KY.

The work day was held Saturday, May 2, 2014. The event was first suggested to pastor Jim Williams by Mark Selby, who had performed in the church, and who passes by the work in progress often going to and from his job at the Adair County Regional Jail.

Five bricklayers, Billy McEachern, J.T. Meyer, John England, Jordan Schuler, and Gabriel along with Pastor Jim Williams, were supported by a whole cast of support people, from hod carriers to mud men to runners, food and beverage support - and those who just came to furnish the elan - or to observe and encourage, as Delbert Corbin, the long time pastor at the church, did.
