Wants to try grilled pizza, but has a question or three

Maury Lewis writes:
Was this cooked on gas or coals?

Do you cook it to the side of the heat?

Is that real pizza dough or some other kind of bread?

I use tortilla's to make some pizza's the other night. I want to try this, that is why I am asking so many questions. I am known for asking questions. It looks really good. - Maury
