Appreciates work of Green River Animal Shelter - GRAS Comments re photo 48986 At GRAS Director Sandy Ford with lovable Cinnamon Tami Wilson writes: So glad to see pics of a pet from GRAS on ColumbiaMagazine!! I think it's a great way to keep the community informed as to the wonderful pets which are available, and in need good, caring homes, and to keep people interested in what's going on at the shelter. Thanks, Tami Wilson - As you probably know, Green River Animal Shelter is currently run by people who seem to have exactly your goals. The concern for each animal by all the staff, the cleanliness, and the first hand communication by the animals at GRAS - talk to any of the dogs or cats there (but don't trust the gray executive tabby cat who frequently comes out into the lobby ; it's bipolar and not reliable and a trickster, albeit an entertaining rogue) - and you see it firsthand. There's an evident communication that each knows it's loved. If CM can be of help, we want to be. - EW 2013-04-04 03:28:52 | Comments | Printable version

Thanks very much for the opportunity to give to others the things we don't use or need. - Marsha WalkerThanks, Marsha Walker - Just checked again, and there are no ads in Freecycling. That's the case more often than not. We hope your letter encourages others to reclaim more space by giving away stuff which would be useful to someone else. Thanks for the letter. - CM 2013-04-04 03:14:36 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback Birthdays and Anniversaries for April 4 Happy Anniversary, Charles and Eulah Helm (1959) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Anniversary, Dan and Jennie Flanagan (1965) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Anniversary, Valarie and Kellen Lobb (2009) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Abby Grace Myers (2001) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Amber Cowan (2002) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Angel Cowan (2002) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Barbara Key | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Christine Gilpin (1923) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Hayden Douglas Ford (2012) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Josh Piercy | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Lila Davis Caldwell (2023) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Marsha VanArsdale | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Monica Rodgers | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Ryan Amber Harris (1979) | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Samantha Danielle Chrisman | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Shawn Goodpaster | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Tricia Cole | (Updates/Corrections) Happy Birthday, Vincent Andrea Burkhead (2013) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Michael Giles, Adair Co., KY (1946-2014) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Alma Mae Rayburn Morgan, Greensburg, KY (1935-2019) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Randall Scott Pierce, Windsor, KY (1966-2019) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, BeBe Jean Capps, Burkesville, KY (1936-2019) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Walter Raymond (Ray) Wilcoxson, Jr., Green Co., KY (1942-2020) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Jimmy Melson, Adair County, KY (1945-2020) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Daril Gene Salyers, 55, Adair County, KY (1965-2020) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Barbara Harmon, 54, Casey Co., KY (1945) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Charles Thomas Scott, Green Co., KY (1935) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Larry Joe Caven, Green Co., KY (1955) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Conrad Neil (Doc) Waters, Taylor Co., KY (1941) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Michael Thelbert Wooley, Elkhorn, KY (1984) | (Updates/Corrections) In Memory Birthday, Donna K.
