Lee Murphy fans flames of discord in House Divided Brave writer from NE of Columbia may not know or realize people have been run out of Casey County for less than being a Georgia fan Lee Murphy writes: I would really like to see a updated photo of little Kaden Heath after the Georgia-Kentucky game. I bet Kaden Heath would be grinning from ear-to-ear after the Dawgs defeated the kitty cats. Hopefully, a concerned family member will get those ugly socks and toboggan off of Kaden Heath before he is warped for life. Bird/Link: Rosetta Stone for Warblers Talk to the birds in their complete language? It's not too big a concept to think will happen. The Cornell Lab has distinguished night calls of several warblers. Plans are to program computers to identify the calls in the field. One wonders if one day, this could lead to a human talking into microphone, a computer translating that speech into bird language, the bird hears it, answers back, and its reply is translated into the language of the human. Maybe. Here's the link to what's already being done at Cornell: The Rosetta Stone for Warblers All About Birds, Cornell Lab of Ornithology 2011-11-19 04:38:25 | Comments | Printable version
