Bobby Dale Randolph passed away Sunday November 13, 2011 at his home in Liberty, KY. He was 57. Terrible accident KY 55 between Coburg and Tebbs Bend Road There's been a terrible accident between Coburg and Tebb's Bend Road on the New Columbia Road north of Asbury United Methodist Church in Taylor County. As I drove to work this morning, we were routed off 55 to the left just past the garage I mentioned and the little street came out at the KOA campground turn opposite the plant entry.
