Columbia Police make drug arrests after vehicle check Christopher Cape, 26 Russell Springs, KY, and Karla Davis, Jamestown, KY, lodged in Adair County Regional Jail, Columbia, KY On September 8, 2011 at approximately 10amCT, the Columbia Police Department arrested two on meth charges after an investigation led officers to check a vehicle on Miller Avenue in Columbia, KY. Christopher Cape, 26, of Russell Springs, KY, was charged with manufacturing meth and unlawful distribution of a meth precursor. Karla Davis, 25, of Jamestown, KY, was charged with manufacturing meth, unlawful distribution of a meth precursor and possession of drug paraphernalia. CPD Officers Brad Scholl and Charles Greer made the arrests and the investigation is ongoing.Both subjects were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
