Baptism at Holmes Bend June 26, 2011 Click on headline for story plus photo By Joni Jessie It was a beautiful evening in which Columbia Baptist Church held a baptism June 26, 2011 at Holmes Bend, Green River Lake, Columbia, KY. Dr. Ted Taylor baptized six youth that day that included Kate Durham, Emma Grider, Zach Grider, Dylan Hale, Travis Hale and Landon Jessie. The accompanying picture is of Landon Jessie (proudly displaying his 'I Love VBS' t-shirt) and the interim pastor of Columbia Baptist Church Dr. Ted Taylor, shortly before Landon's baptism.
