Amy Scott says Gigantic Eggs may be result of Gradyville H20

Triple Yolkers are rather common in the Big Creek Valley
Comments re photo 40551 Super Hen in Gradyville lays gigantic egg

Amy Scott writes:
It must be in the Gradyville water.
We'd gotten a few "triple yolkers" when we were raising chickens last year. I guess it's time to get that hen house re-built and get a new batch of hens going. When word gets out, us Gradyville folk will be able to charge a premium for our super-sized eggs. ;) -A neighbor in Gradyville, Amy Scott
Could you let us know whether the chickens are drinking creek, pond, and rain barrel water? Could be it's in the Columbia/Adair water, which would mean all of us, even we now and wannabe backyard chicken fanciers, could cash in on the bonanza. Word is spreading,, however Many put the egg phenomenon on a par with some of the other spectacular Gradyville feats - and that is a huge statement, considering the awesome history of the fabled village. Surely, busloads of Canadian tourists arriving at D & F Deli and General Store can't be far from being commonplace. -EW
