PSC urges caution if storms bring power outages By Andrew Melnykovych News for the Kentucky Public Service Commission With the strongest storm system of the spring expected to hit Kentucky tonight, the Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) is urging residents to exercise caution in the event their electric service is interrupted. The National Weather Service (NWS) is forecasting that a very strong line of thunderstorms will move into Kentucky today and tonight. The storms will bring high winds, heavy rain and the possibility of isolated tornadoes, especially west of Interstate 65, the NWS says. The signing will be at the Monroe Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Halltown RD, Hardyville, KY, right off KY 88 in Monroe, KY. The unique thing about the book signing is that this church was started in Osceola and was moved to Monroe, and the church in Monroe still contains some original things from the old Osceola church.
