Street Numbers and Addresses: Because your time is important

Events on ColumbiaMagazine.com with a few minor exceptions are posted only when they include Street Number and Address.

If an event is submitted without that information and we can find it with 2-3 minutes research, we'll provide that information and post as quickly as time is available.

We want CM to be a reliable place to provide quick access concise, complete information about events.

While that information is essential for posting coming events, inclusion is sometimes waived for stories posted after a church, school, or other event.

But we like to include it. It helps frame a location within a readers memory, it allows them to find a location with ease, to use Google Earth to "fly" over the scene, and, for those who are in marketing and public relations, it's free advertising.
