New Adair 911 Dispatcher Krystal Redmon is valedictorian GPA in Telecommunications Class is 98.5% Krystal Redmon was named Valedictorian of Class #73 of the Department of Criminal Justice Training Basic Telecommunications Class on October 15, 2010 in Richmond Kentucky. Redmon's GPA was a 98.5%. Redmon along with Fredia Melton, two Adair County 911 dispatchers, were in training from September 22, 2010 to October 15, 2010.
