MS Fundraiser is huge success A preliminary report on the MS Fundraiser at the Fairgrounds Saturday night is that the event was a big success, with $6,000 to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis raised by Mike's Team. A big hit of the evening was a surprise for the organizer, Donna Ellis Feese. Her husband, Junior Feese, sang a tribute to her, "The One He Picked for Me." Midwest Crappie fishing show tapes GRL segment The fame of Green River Lake for crappie fishing keeps growing. Midwest Crappie host Russ Bailey was on Green River Lake this past weekend filming a show with local Green River Lake guide David Jones. Midwest Crappie is rated the number two fishing show on the Sportsman channel behind Bill Dance Fishing.
