He would take James and me home after basketball practice for over two years and provided a positive role model. I look back over my 50 years and as with most of us can identify a select few that had profound influence in our life. Mr. Coomer is one of those special people to whom I have not said "Thank You" enough. God gives each of us the opportunity to make an impact on his children and Mr. Coomer has certainly exercised that aspect of life. Pickup truck is total loss in Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 fire By Donald Hare, Adair Co. Fire Department The Adair Co. Fire Dept responded to a car fire on Tuesday morning, February 23, 2010, at around 10:30amCT, to the intersection of Greensburg Road and Lampton Lane to find a 2008 Ford Pickup in flames.
