Vehicle crashes on Bluegrass Pkwy after driver falls asleep By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY WASHINGTON CO., KY - Trooper John Boyd of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision that occurred today, Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at 7:25amCT, 7 miles north of Willisburg, KY on the Bluegrass Parkway. Lillie Lynch, age 64, of Nicholasville Ky was operating a 2000 Chrysler Sebring westbound on the Bluegrass Parkway. Lynch fell asleep and crossed into the median and struck a culvert.
