Columbia Police make meth arrrest on Burkesville ST. A Columbia woman was arrested on Sunday, August 16, 2009, by Columbia Police on meth charges afer a traffic stop on Burkesville ST. Elisah Bunch, 30, Columbia, KY, was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methoamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, and publlic intoxication.
