Food: The Wounded Buffalo Chef is back, grilling, at Buffalo Hills And he includes a report on his encounter with 950 lb. bull buffalol! Kentucky's most famous buffalo chef says after losing to the buffalo, 'It will ruin your day' By Jim Leib, Buffalo Chef, Buffalo Hills, 906 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY Well, a week of being out of commission was way too much time for me, and I know it was way too much time for Columbia to not be able to get our delicious buffalo burgers, hot dogs and brats. BUT WE''RE BACK!!! - grilling our great tasting, low fat buffalo lunch from 10:30-1:30 Mon-Fri. Ya know, I enjoyed watching the bull riders at the rodeo, but I never thought that I'd end up riding the business end of the horns of my 950lb 2year old bull a week ago, Sunday. It will sure ruin your day. But the good news is, I'm back, although a little slower and a lot sorer... but we're bringing Columbia a delicious, low fat alternative to fast food, high fat conventional lunches. Come join us for lunch and say welcome back to the wounded cook! Buffalo .... it's what should be for lunch!! 2009-07-06 09:39:58 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Food

Comment: Suggests rumble strips on north side of Crossing About: Injury collision occurs at CWB/Greensburg ST-RD intersection To ColumbiaMagazine.com: My question is why weresn't the rumble strips placed on both sides of this intersection instead of just the north side? Nothing is going to completely stop people from running this intersection. I see folks run thru the stop lights at the Wal-Mart once in a while. But I think rumble strips on the south side would be worth a try. Sincerely, s/Wally Burress 2009-07-06 01:15:27 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback
