Trudy and Mike Crabb Hate describe it without giving mile markers, but it stood on the east side (right side traveling toward Green River Lake) of Holmes Bend RD at the foot of the steep hills, where Holmes Bend Road crosses Butler Creek. News of the passing of Ramona Rogers received We have received the sad word of the death of Ramona Rogers, age 74 years, of 101 Bluegrass Drive, Columbia, KY, who passed away late Thursday night, June 11, 2009 at her home after several months illness. She was preceded in death by her husband: J. U. Rogers on August 31, 2002. Mrs. Rogers is survived by three children: Ernie Rogers, Donna Hancock and Michelle Lewis.
