Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY (ADAIR CO, KY) -- The Kentucky State Police Post 15 Columbia and the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement participated in the 2009 Hands Across the Border Detail with The Tennessee Highway Patrol. A road check was set up at the Tennessee and Kentucky State line in Static which yielded several traffic citations.
