But since the new Walmart has gone in and they opened up the new part of the road the speeding is much worse. Mail carrier's food drive is Saturday, May 9, 2009 by Randal Murrell, Postmaster, Columbia, KY The National Association of Letter Carriers, in conjunction with the United States Postal Service, will be collecting non-perishable food items like canned meats and fish, canned soup, juice, pasta, vegetables, cereal and rice on Saturday, May 9, 2009, in Columbia and Adair County to help families in need in our community. Everyone can help by placing a food donation at their mailbox on May 9th before their mail carrier arrives.
