Writer says speeding on Russell Road dangerous To ColumbiaMagazine.com I live at the apartments across from Dollar General Store, and I was wondering if the city plans to do anything about it: I witnessed a red mustang pass in a No Passing zone yesterday afternoon, and if there would have been anyone coming from these apartments wanting to cross the street they could have been killed. The police needs to sit in Dollar General's parking lot running radar. They may catch a few speeders. People go through here all the time traveling at high rates of speed all the time. Something needs to be done as soon as possible before another bad accident or worse happens again. s/W.A.M Name and contact information on file 2009-04-14 03:58:42 | Comments | Printable version
