(ADV) A Message from Central KY Realty Dont Worry! Properly priced property that stands out from the competition is selling more rapidly and the demand for real estate is still GOOD. Give us a call to find out the right price of your property. Buyers: Dont Try to Time the Market! When prices are lower, it is very tempting for potential buyers to try to wait as long as possible in hopes that prices will go even lower. This strategy can cause you to miss out on the home of your dreams. When there is a high inventory of homes available smart sellers price their property according to current market conditions and they sell in a timely fashion. Once property is priced according to what the current market will bear, buyers will make offers! Sandra M. Rowlett, Principal Broker CENTRAL KY.
