(ADV) A Message from Central KY Realty

Price Your Property According to the Current Market Conditions!
Just because a property comparable to yours sold for a very high price last year does not mean you will be able to sell yours for the same price when selling now. Call us today and let us help determine the right competitive listing price for your property. Keep in mind that in this market we may encourage you to list your property in accordance with others currently on the market that are selling rather than those that sold at a higher price in past years.
Dont Worry! Properly priced property that stands out from the competition is selling more rapidly and the demand for real estate is still GOOD. Give us a call to find out the right price of your property.
Buyers: Dont Try to Time the Market! When prices are lower, it is very tempting for potential buyers to try to wait as long as possible in hopes that prices will go even lower. This strategy can cause you to miss out on the home of your dreams. When there is a high inventory of homes available smart sellers price their property according to current market conditions and they sell in a timely fashion. Once property is priced according to what the current market will bear, buyers will make offers!
Give us a call to find out more!

Gardener's Without Borders: Across county line to rescue garden

Adair County Garden Club helps Taylor colleague clean up ice storm debris

By Barbara Armitage

Members of the Adair County Garden Club crossed the Taylor county line to participate in their first garden rescue today.

While Adair County was lucky enough to escape the recent ice storms with only minimal damage folks just north of Campbellsville were not so lucky. The old timber forests there look more like a bombed out set from an old war movie. State and county road crews are still out clearing trees from roadways and piles of fresh cut wood are stacked everywhere.
