KSP believes Officer Ford murder not job related

By Billy Gregory, KSP Post 15 Public Affairs officer

The Kentucky State Police are continuing to pursue leads concerning the shooting death of David M. Ford. KSP Detective Israel Slinker states that "several suspects have been identified and cleared of any involvement." Det. Slinker added, "The list of suspects has narrowed and the pending lab results will be of great importance. At this time, the homicide does not appear to be related to David Ford's employment with the Lebanon Police Department nor does it appear to be random in nature."
