Sigogglin gets more official definition from Breeding, KY About: "Interest in education takes sigogglin leap in Gradyville KY" To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I have never heard it used as an adverb, but my mother used sigogglin as an adjective, and it meant crooked or bent out of shape.
