There are some real opportunities. In Real Estate, there's a new ad for an $18,000 house in near downtown Burkesville, KY. That's quite a deal to live in what has to be the most convenient downtown in America, where, within a walking distance there are some 15 restaurants, drug stores, almost every denomination of churches, doctors offices, a pharmacy, a library, convenience stores, the courthouses and city hall, doctor's offices, history, gorgeous scenery, and even a place to check into a downtown nursing home! For the most part, it's all biker and pedestrian friendly, and the Great Cumberland River is close enough to fish everyday. If one gets an urge to go to Florida, they can just get in a boat on the Cumberland River, and head downstream.
