Passengers injured in passing attempt on KY 70 Westbound vehicle passes one vehicle, attempts to pass second but collides with third vehicle making left turn onto Crockett Trail on KY 70 west of Liberty, KY A two vehicle injury collision occurred at 5:06pmET on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, five miles west of Liberty on KY 70 in Casey County, KY. A 1991 Ford, operated by Jonathan Cundiff, 26, of Liberty, was westbound on KY 70 and overtook another vehicle traveling westbound.
