Former resident: Growth in Columbia unbelievable

About: Shamarie Claiborne's Clocktower at night

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

I am just looking over the magazine and I saw this beautiful picture of Columbia and the clocktower at night. It brings back so many great memories of my childhood life.

I grew up there in Columbia (Adair County). Part of my family still lives there. It''s always great to come back there to see my family and friends. I was there a couple weeks ago to see how much Columbia has grown is unbelievable.

All the new roads the new Walmart everything looks great. my dad, Richard Smith, was born and raised there. He has been gone to Heaven since April 1992 if he could see all the changes he wouldn't believe it.Please keep the Columbia Magazine coming and all the beautiful pictures.
