Bloomington Chapel fundraiser Saturday, April 19, 2008 Bloomington Chapel Church will be having a Fish Fry on Saturday, April 19, 2008. We will begin serving at 11:00amCT. There will be hot dogs and sloppy Joes. The meal will include fish, 2 sides, dessert and drink. The Harpers will be singing at around noon, and The Blakeys will be singing at around 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. The event will be held at the Bloomington Chapel Fellowship Hall, located right across from the church. Go 6.5 miles up 206 from Columbia, KY, turn left onto Snake Creek Road and go 3/4 miles. Columbia Police Officer Jimmy Luttrell continues investigation On March 25, 2008, at approximately 9:30amCT, a juvenile was taken into custody at Adair County High School for possession of marijuana after an investigation by Columbia Police Department Resource Officer Jimmy Luttrell. Warrants were obtained for two adults on March 28, 2008, and, at approximately 11:100amCT another Adair County High School student, 18 and therefore an adult, 18, Columbia, KY, was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school.
