Pets: Friendly puppy finds a good home This guy no longer available: "Friendly puppy" who showed up at Janesco has a new home. Several happy adoptions, including a big black cat first advertised on Friday, are reported by the Green River Animal Shelter. Missy came home. Maggie, unfortunately, still hasn't be found. Several photos, links with story By Ed Waggener Kristy Janes wrote with the happy news that the very friendly puppy she had been trying to find a home for since Monday, December 17, 2007, is no longer available. She's an animal lover, but when the little fellow with the winsome play-with-me look came by the family business, Janesco, she couldn't turn him away, but didn't feel she could add another member to the Janes pet family. It was just last Monday that she starting letting people know the animal was available for adoption. Now she's sends a happy ending just before Christmas.
